Hi, and thanks for stopping by.
March is my birthday month, and it's also the birthday month of quite a few of my family members, so I figured there was no better time to do the Birthday Book Tag - in fact, today is my sister's birthday, so a huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to her!!! Now, on with the questions...
1. Count your
birthday along your bookshelf and then subtract your birth month. What book
does it land on?
2. If you could
spend your birthday with one fictional character, who would it be and why?
For me this goes one of two ways, to one of two extremes. Either Albus Dumbledore or Levi from Fangirl. I feel like I'm leaning towards the latter...
3. Find a book
that takes place in the season you were born.
I couldn't think of a book where spring was integral (if I'm missing something really obvious, let me know!!) so I just wanted to show off two books that 1) remind me of spring every time I see their covers and 2) are two of the best books I have ever read in my entire life.
(Both Jandy Nelson - I'll Give You The Sun & The Sky is Everywhere.)

4. Find a book
that is the colour of your birth stone.
5. Is there a
series with the same number of books as your age? If so, what is it?
I highly doubt there is a book series with 22 books in it...if J.K. Rowling writes it though, I'll probably read it.
6. Pick a book set
in a time period, world or country you would like to have been born in.
I've always had a bit of an obsession with the idea of the "Roaring 20s", that kind of The Great Gatsby world (whether the reality would be as fun as the thought of it is probably an entirely different matter). Ultimately though, it's always going to be the Harry Potter universe, isn't it?
So those are the Birthday Book Tag questions!! I tag each and every one of you to answer these questions for yourselves - let me know if you do, I'd love to read your responses!
Till next time
Katie
